Harrison Dell

Harrison is the founder and director of Cadena. He advises across all Australian taxes, commercial law and international taxes with a strong focus on crypto assets and technology businesses. Clients describe him as a rare breed of lawyer who is both creative and practical.

‍Harrison’s client base is truly diverse with wealthy individuals and family offices, venture studios, top technology businesses, blockchain projects, Decentralised Autonomous Organisations (DAO’s), crypto exchanges and general innovators in technology. He will take on general advisory roles beyond legal and tax matters, and often assists businesses with innovative business structures and new models for doing business. Harrison is a co-founder of the Jubi DAO and is a key advisor for many projects in the crypto asset space.

‍Harrison’s journey has included the ATO, listed accounting firms, boutique tax firms, plus leading the tax practice at a national mid-tier law firm before founding Cadena. He is experienced in almost all aspects of complex tax advisory, including restructures, funds advisory, real estate, business sales and purchase, employee share schemes and option plans and ATO disputes.‍
